WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We offer 5 day returns on all our items provided we receive the return in the condition it arrived - fully sealed and unopened and in the original packaging. This is due to safety and tampering concerns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted/ sale items or gift cards at any time.
We do not refund postage.
To start a return please contact us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Postage is charged at a flat rate of £3.00. Orders over £40.00 (before postage costs and after any discounts) are free!
